Where Do I Send Rent Payments?

When Is My Rent Due And What
If I Am Late?
Your rent is due on the 1st of every
month. If your payment is not post marked on the
1st, you will be a charged a 5% late fee along with
possible court charges.
Repair And Maintenance?
For normal Repair and Maintenance
Click Here and fill out the Repair Request Form and
will contact you to set-up a time for the repair.
We will contact you within 24 hours.
For Emergency Repairs call

What If I Lock My Keys In My
Apartment?
We understand that "things happen." If you lock your
keys in your apartment and you call us during normal business hours of Monday to
Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, we will unlock your apartment 1 time for free. After
the first time, there will be a $25.00 service charge. If you need us to
unlock your apartment on nights, weekends, or holidays, there will be a $50.00
charge. The first free unlock is not applicable on nights, weekends, or
holidays.
What Are Quarterly
Inspections?
We will be performing quarterly
maintenance inspections on the building and replacing
the air filters in each unit. You will be
contacted before we perform these inspections.
Trash Pickup?
There are 2 dumpsters behind the the
building for you to dispose of your household trash.
The dumpsters are emptied on Monday and Thursday.
What not to put in the dumpster:
-Christmas Trees
-Mattresses
-Old Furniture
*Residents will be charged for any items that do not
belong in the dumpster*
Parking?
Each unit is allowed to have 1
vehicle on the premises. Parking is located on
the right side of the building, in the rear of the
building, and on the street. You are not permitted
to perform car repairs on the premises. We ask
that you park your second vehicle on the street.
Laundry Room
The laundry room is located on the
ground floor of building 502. There are 4 washing machines and 4 dryers that are
token operated. Each cycle is 7 tokens. The
bill changing machine will accept all bills.
Am I Allowed To Smoke In My
Apartment?
You may only smoke in the rear of the
building.
Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment, hallways,
laundry room, or the front of the building.
Is There Extra Storage That I Can Rent In The
Building?
Yes, the building has several storage units that can be
rented. Prices vary, call for current specials.
When I Move Out, What Is The
Check Out Process?
You need to notify us in writing 60
days prior to your lease expiring letting us know that
you will be leaving. Otherwise we will
automatically renew your lease for another year at
the market value for the time. Once you notify us
in writing we will send you a move-out checklist that
you will need to follow in order to receive your full
deposit back. If you have any other questions
