Q. How Soon Will I Receive My Referral Fee?
A.  The requirements differ per transaction.  Below is the table:
     ● Rental Referral- You will receive your Referral Fee when the resident moves
        in.
     ● Purchase Referral- You will receive your Referral Fee 1 week after settlement
        of property with the buyers.
     ● Selling Referral- You will receive your Referral Fee 1 week after we purchase
        the home.
