Rental Policy Terms
Below are a few of our Terms and
Conditions for each of our rental properties.
- Copy of Renters Insurance Policy MUST be
turned into Management before moving into Unit
- No Pets
- No Smoking in the dwelling
or building if an apartment
- All utilities are paid by the
Resident
- Yard maintenance is
the responsibility of the Resident (unless occupying an
apartment)
- For Townhome and
Single Family Home Residents, you are responsible for all
repairs up to $100.00, anything above this amount is paid
for by the landlord
- Appliances are a convenience to
the tenant, the landlord is not responsible for the repair
of the appliances
- A quarterly inspection will be
performed by the landlord
